ExTERIOR FINISHING SPECIALIST

At Brown Dog Contracting, we pride ourselves on delivering impeccable exterior finishes to our clients, from stucco to vinyl, hardie, engineered wood, and stunning stone fireplaces. Our commitment to quality has defined us as leaders in our field.

Responsibilities Include:

• Professionally installing a variety of exterior finishes: stucco, vinyl, hardie, engineered wood, and more.

• Mastery in cultured stone and stone fireplace installations.

• Efficiently fitting soffit, fascia, and other related installations.

• Adhering to high workmanship standards, ensuring impeccable finishes.

• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized job site.

• Collaborating with the team and working independently as needed.

• Adhering to safety protocols and company policies.

• Other tasks, as required.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years' industry experience.

• Knowledge of framing, wall systems, insulation, vapor and air barriers, flashings, and window and door installations.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

• Adaptable to diverse weather conditions.

• Own transportation with a clean driving record.

• Comfortable working on ladders, at heights, and in challenging conditions.

• Respectful of client properties, company equipment, and fellow team members.

• A solution-focused, positive attitude.
